I was in Oslo, Norway in early March this year when the temperatures were still freezing. As soon as I arrived from the airport at my hotel, I noticed that almost every second or third person was wearing a Canada Goose jacket and that included me! Even the first guy I met at the underground who gave me directions to the hotel, was dressed in a black Canada Goose Parka. I gathered that it must be quite a famous brand with the Norwegians especially with the extreme cold weather they experience here.
For the next couple of days, my Canada Goose Rossclair Parka and matching beanie kept me snuggly warm as I explored different parts of Oslo. I had also bought snow boots from Uggs in the US earlier this year, which turned out to be the perfect pair of boots to walk on snow and ice-covered streets.
Tip: Canada Goose jackets are almost always sold out on their website. I found the size, style and color I wanted online at Revolve.com. It was the last piece in stock! I am wearing a size small in the Rossclair Parka in algonquin green with matching beanie, a new color they introduced last year. I went with this style because of the slim fit cut which I found to be very flattering.
